Business Meeting

Hello I am Sarah. Thank you for visiting my website. After a career working with children I decided to retrain as a counsellor. I particularly wanted to do this after having some counselling myself. I now run my own business counselling, supervising other counsellors and working as a counselling tutor.  During my career I have worked for Walsall Bereavement Support Service, Base 25 and Relate. I have over 2, 500 hours of counselling experience. I am accredited with the National Counselling Society.

I counsel people of all ages and with all different problems. I have worked with everything from bereavement, mental health difficulties and gender and sexuality issues to abuse and childhood trauma, bullying and relationship difficulties.

 My approach:-

As a counsellor I use an intergrative approach. This means I am trained in a range of different counselling theories and can tailor my approach to your needs. My main approach is person centred therapy which provides you with a safe space to discuss what is troubling you.

As a supervisor I offer a safe place to bring your client work to enable you to offer your client's the best possible support.
